Triphala is the mixture of equal parts of the extracts of three fruits and is the most common herbal combination in Indian Ayurvedic medicine. It is known for its properties to harmonize the different bodily functions. It normalizes digestion, cleanses the colon , reinforces the absorption of nutrients and regulates metabolism.

Ingredients:

Composition per capsule: 166 mg of Chebulic Myrobalan fruit extract. 166 mg of Belleric Myrobalan fruit extract. 166 mg of Amla fruit extract.

How to use:

It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day, preferably outside of meals.
