Use in footbaths: pour 10 drops of Sinergia in warm water for a foot bath of about 10/15 minutes. Balances the feet and the entire body's energy system. Complete the treatment by applying Pitta Oil.

Use for body baths: pour 20/30 drops of Sinergia in warm water for a relaxing bath of about 15/20 minutes. Relaxes the entire body and balances the energy system.

Use for ambient aromalogy: pour 10/20 drops of Sinergia into the diffuser water which, as it warms, will diffuse the calming fragrance and energy of plants and spices into the environment.
