SHIRO MISO YANG TSE

Sweet white rice miso. Shiro miso is produced by natural enzymatic fermentation of rice and soybeans for 7 days. It is lighter in flavor and texture than other misos. Ideal for seasoning soups, sauces, vegetable dishes, noodles and stews. It is the best miso for making a sweet salad dressing, you just have to mix it with oil and vinegar.

Ingredients:

Rice, water, soybeans, sea salt, sweet potato syrup, alcohol (cane sugar), koji seeds.
