What is Optim Curcuma?

Optim Curcuma is a food supplement based on optimized curcumin (Longvida®). To improve the absorption of curcumin (the main active ingredient of the Curcuma longa plant) a group of researchers from the University of California has developed this innovative formula.

Turmeric is a plant of Asian origin with many medicinal properties, highly appreciated in both Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. The root of this plant is rich in curcumin, the main active principle of turmeric, also responsible for the characteristic yellow color of turmeric.

How to take Optim Curcuma?

Contraindications of Optim Curcuma

Gallbladder problems:
