Tripaha is a mixture based on three plants: amalaki, haritaki and vibhitaki in the same proportion.
Triphala regulates the intestines safely. It is a mild acting internal cleanser and although it is not considered a purgative by itself, it does have a cleansing effect on the digestive system, colon and blood .
It also strengthens the eyes and is a powerful antioxidant and antimicrobial , helps to eliminate body fat and facilitates digestion and evacuation .
Suitable for vegetarians, diabetics and patients with restrictive diets.
