In Ayurveda, massage (self-massage) is often a daily ritual.
Ayurvedic massage is famous for its relaxing properties, both physical and mental. Therefore, massage has a fundamental place in the Ayurvedic principle.
Non-therapeutic modeling , it also removes toxins from the body, draining them into the digestive tract.
According to Ayurveda, each human being is made up of 5 elements: space, air, water, fire and earth. These 5 elements are unevenly distributed and form 3 basic constitutions, called "doshas": Vata (air), Pitta (fire) and Kapha (water).
