Epsom salt 1kg Terpenic Labs

Pure Epsom salt is made up of magnesium sulfate. The use of Epsom Salt revitalizes tired and sore muscles, can reduce stress, reduce inflammation and refresh the appearance of the skin.

How to use:

Exfoliating Peel:

In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt with any of the Terpenic Evo vegetable oils. The amount of oil to mix will be at the discretion of the handler; taking into account that the more vegetable oil, the exfoliation will be smoother. Apply the result of the mixture by massaging. Once the treatment is finished, remove the remains of salt in the shower or with the help of a damp sponge.

Bathroom:

Add to the bath water 1 or 2 tablespoons of Epsom Salt.

For both activities, mixtures can be made with special oils added to the salt to enhance their activities.
